Several small corps have been war dec,ed in the past month including my own, small corp

The corps that are normaly doing this are no bigger than my own corp but have 5/8 (normaly) decent but not very old fighters.

Having talked to several ceo,s form the corps involved we all seem to have the same problem.

1 We are not pvp, or mainly pvp corps.
2 we dont normaly get involved in war.
3 A lot,if not most of our corp members
are miners, traders, makers off one sort or
another,and dont realy do war.
4 The ones that would love to kick ass,
cant because they are normaly instructed
not to by the ceo so they dont prolong
the war.
5 The ones that arnt aloud to kick ass
resent the ones that dont want to,and
visa versa.

Iv now been in three corps that this has happend to.

Each time its the same, a big debate about fighting them then realization you wont win without help.
This situation is only going to get wors, in 2 years from now rens is going to be jita mk2,
so we can move out, or prepair to defend ourselves (hopefully some time soon).

I dont want to be in an alliance and most of the corp ceo,s iv talked to are of the same mind

Making an alliance sets you up to fight wars you dont want, to fight war on behalf off and normaly coused by peeps you dont realy know

Iv proposed setting up a merc corp in illinfrik, that could do the fighting for us, to several ceo,s.

Most of them have been interested bt dont want to put the time in to the managment of it, I also think they are a bit frightend they may loos corpies to it

The way i sugested to do this would make both the above very unlightly.

1 The corp is normaly empty with only 1
ceo alt, and alt directors to keep it open.
2 Each member corp has an alt director.
3 The corp is only funded to a level that
allows an office to be kept open in
illinfrik.
4 The corp retains no assets.
5 In time of war member ceo,s allow those
of his corp that want to fight to
temperary leave the corp to join the merc
corp.
6 A war dec on the war decing corp is
funded by each member corp donating an
equal share for the decing price.
7 It is up to each ceo to help fund his
own fightng corpies ( or not to fund if
he so chooses ).
8 No fighting member can move between
member corps within 3 month of being
involved in the merc corp.
9 The merc corp accepts no members full
time, and accepts no member from a
none member corp for longer than the
length of the existing war.

I now need to know if there is any real interst in this self defence prposal.
If there is a decent amount of interest ie more than me, i would need some help in deciding the
exact rules and format, the above is nothing more than a propsal

So there you are. Im 10 month old i need help constructive help i need some of you old boys/girls to forget that im a care bear and help me get it together.
